hey, i fixed it now. 3 f-ing hours took me this.
the last three things ive done was:
1.go into ur web app and go to team --> manage squads ---> and make a new squad --> use squad bilder to randomly fill
2. go to windows defender --> Virus / Threat protection --> manage settings -->scroll down --> add exclusion and click on folder --> add ur fifa folder location
3. completely reset ur connection
