Fc 25 Freezing then closes mid match

Hello everyone 

I am facing an issue in my Xbox series s where the game freezes for about 3s mid match then quite to xbox home page, support team said that no one has reported this issue while i can clearly see that so many of you have wrote about this issue. please if any one is facing the same issue let us know if you have a solution we would really appreciate that .
