When I start the game the screen is blurry

First of all, I am Japanese, so I will be using machine translation.
I'm sure there will be some things you don't understand, but I hope you'll understand.

When I start the game the screen is blurry

Specifically,
① Start FC25 from the shortcut
② Display FC25
③ Select the data (up to this point it displays normally)
④ After that the screen becomes cloudy (for some reason the following FC25 loading message appears)
You can hear the cursor sound and the initial "EA sports..."

What I've tried
- Turned off the automatic HDR setting in Windows
- Set the auto-optimize resolution in Nvidia apps to the same setting as my display (1920x1080)
- Downgraded my Nvidia driver version
(currently updated to the latest version)
- Reinstalled FC25
- Restarted my PC

Other EA games such as Apex Legends and Genshin and Civilization on other platforms will work.

I will briefly explain the outline of the PC.

processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F (20 CPUs), ~2.1GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
(Driver version: 572.83)
Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (165Hz)

    Hey gotu797 Have you already tried deleting the existing settings folder from this location: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (*App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) in case the old one got damaged somehow?

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25
    I deleted all folders directly under it and started FC25.
    There was no change in the symptoms.

    Can you please share your DxDiag report with us so we could check what else could be causing this issue? 
    Also close any other programs running in the background or run your PC in clean boot mode. Delete the Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game.

    I think I also have the same issue, 

    Open up EA FC 25 and it's picking a generic colour but still navigates through to the menu, just is one block colour of a green/black/brown/white. I can only assume it's picking the colour based on what is most common on that frame.

    If this issue is the same as mine, we can see the personal settings file, select that using controller and then the issue comes up

    Yes, I had the same problem as you. But after I did a clean boot and deleted Personal Settings 1, it worked fine! (I didn't back up my settings or save data, so all my data except for Ultimate Team was lost...) If you try this method, I recommend that you back it up somehow.
