FC 25 game crashes

Question

EA FC 25 Ultimate game is crashing on daily basis/ platform: Xbox Series X . There's a black screen for a moment, then the xbox main menu appears, the game is closed. It happens nearly daily in random game situations.&nbsp; The last one was in champs qualy, by my 4-2 lead. Support said: check network connection. Thanks for nothing. Does anyone have same experience? What should I do?

I am also having this issue, but it has only occurred in the last month or so. Given that it typically occurs in the middle of a game, the loss is ruining my ultimate team experience. My Xbox Series X and the FC25 game are updated. There is a wired network connection, and no loss of signal is noted on other devices in the house. Any suggestions to remedy this issue would be appreciated. Thanks for any input!
