FC 25 glitch while intro video and main menu - random colours start to flash

fixedd it guys, just delete your preset at the start and make a new one it shouldnt erase your ultimate team im not sure about everything else.

this just started happening me today is there anyway to fix it without losing your team? when i try loading in it just flashed colors then goes green, ive wasted a good amount of money on the game and i dont wanna lost all of it😂

hey, i did this and it reset my whole game and i ahve no saved presets. my team is gone. my team was insanely good is there a way i can get it back 

Hey there. Just to clarify, if you experience any similar issues while launching the game, you don't have to delete your account. Instead, you just need to delete your profile settings file when launching the game. If you wish to reset your settings, you can also delete the file from the following location: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so you can change it from the View dropdown.)

Any fix 

This is exactly what happens for me it occured today when I tried to go on to open my rivals rewards. It looked fine until after i choose my save and then when they play the ''EA sports its in the game'' it completely glitches out, Ive found out whats actually happening if you press B (Xbox) Or O (ps) you can actually see the ''no'' option for when you wanna quit the game for a slight moment. I have no idea how to fix it ive tried repair the game or restard my PC and ever fully reboot the PC nothing seemed to work. Hopefully its fixed soon.

So as you all are aware FC25 is very weird on PC. I had the same issue last year. I simply can’t fix the game I have tried everything. My PC is perfectly fine to run/play as for 2 days FC25 worked. 

I load the game and everything is normal. Until I load into the menus the screen bugs out and displays nothing. It flashes green etc. 

I’ve watched tons of video, changed tons of setting. I’ve even wiped my PC to see if that would help but no😂
