FC 25 is not opening on PC platform again, we are tired of it now

Unfortunately, this method didn't work either, and I've logged in numerous times through the EA Sports help section for over ten days, and no one has responded. Epic Games, where I purchased the game, claims the problem isn't their fault, but rather the EA Sports app and anticheat software, and that only EA Sports can provide a solution. It's truly a disgrace.
