fc 25 isn't launching on my pc i tried everything and it still not working

i bought fc 25 on steam 1 weak ago when i was launching it first it shows some bugs and unknown error tab so i followed some youtube videos instructions and it finally finishing loading the splash screen and opens a new tab to sign in with ea account so i do it and redirect me to ea app without starting the game what should i do i tried everything so please help playing it before i ask for a refund .
