FC 25 lagging problem

Hello, i returned to this game after 2 months, and i have a problem. My game is unplayable. I have massive stutters and frame drops on very good pc. I tried everything, updated drivers, changed settings etc. but nothing helped. my specs:

Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RTX 4070 Super
Game is on M2 Drive
Windows 11
32 GB ram

Hi, I'm trying to play the game constantly. The game is completely unplayable. It doesn't matter if you have a great computer or an average one. There's a lot of lag and delay. I've tried everything possible, anti-cheat is loading the CPU at 100% and that's the problem. The worst thing is that EA can't comment on it, sadly.
