Unplayable and Terrible experience
EA TECHNICAL SUPPORT IF ANYONE ACTUALLY WORKS THERE - The game can take 10-15mins to load on PS5 or PC. My internet is not an issue because other online AAA titles load without issue Navigating the menus takes 5-10mins. NO it is not my internet because other AAA titles do not have this problem The actual online game play constantly disconnects 9-10 times regardless of how many times I've rebooted my console/PC or internet router! I've uninstalled the game and re-installed without any change. NO it is not my internet because again other AAA titles do not have this problem This product is unusable and considering the amount of hard earned cash people have pored into purchasing this product it is totally unacceptable!! This issue is not an FC26 issue because it existed in FC 25 and the previous iterations of Fifa titles. It is not an internet issue because other more graphic intensive titles with online play do no suffer from these problems.Insane amount of Menu delay/lag
The menus are so delayed that I have to restart multiple times to play a game. I’m on ps5 and my internet isn’t the issue because gameplay is perfectly fine and smooth. I get 8ms ping while playing the game but I can’t navigate the menus without it getting stuck on the loading bar all the time.Account-Specific Gameplay Delay – All Tests Done, Still Unplayable
Hi all, I’m posting here as instructed by EA Help after weeks of extensive testing and no resolution. Issue: My main EA account experiences consistently sluggish gameplay in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team. The delay, input lag, and poor positioning make the game unplayable – but only on this account. I have tested: Multiple consoles and locations Different networks (fiber, 4G, mobile hotspot) New PSN + EA accounts → gameplay is smooth DNS, MTU, port forwarding, and full factory reset of PS5 Same setup, same network, same device – only the EA account differs My main account is clearly linked to some kind of degraded matchmaking, routing, or server-side issue. I suspect something has gone wrong with my connection profile or account flags. What I’m asking for: Review and escalate this as an account-level issue Reset or refresh matchmaking/server routing profile Pass this on to the studio or devs if needed I’ve done absolutely everything a player can do on their own – it’s now up to the dev side. Connection lag spikes during games.
Hi everyone. Maybe it has already been said, but everytime I play any online mode (UT, seasons or pro club) I have continuous lag spikes with the red symbol on top of the screen. My internet is great, since I play a lot of other online games without problems, even with streaming sometimes. But somehow, everytime I play fc25 I have this problem. Does someone have a solution?

Tengo desde la salida del Fc26, que el Fc25 me va del carajo, con un lag impresionante que hace imposible jugar, y no es mi equipo ya que cuando con juego con otros títulos más exigentes, me va de maravilla corriendo con gráficos en ultra. Tengo un procesador 5 7600x 16 GB de memoria ram SSD gen 5 de 1tb. Gygabite AMD Radeon RX 7600 OC Ayuda por favor.
Frame drops on FC25 career mode after 2 games or so..!
Hello team EA. I'm getting horrible frame drops on fc25. I usually play career mode on pc. The issue creeps up after 2 games in, the players and the graphics feel jittery and of low quality. It is fine the first couple of games. Every match after that feels unplayable. I have set everything to medium except the grass is on high/ultra. Kindly help around with this problem since I can't locate the solution to this problem on the forums and it's been a year now. I’m on PC and I can’t control my players properly in EA SPORTS FC 25 during any online match (like FUT Rivals or Online Friendlies). ❌ My players either don’t move at all, or they move when off the ball but completely stop responding once I gain possession. ❌ This happens with both my controller (wired Turtle Beach Xbox-style) and my keyboard. ✅ The controller works perfectly in every other game. ✅ Offline modes like Squad Battles work fine. What I’ve already tried (none of it helped): Created a brand new Windows user profile Reinstalled the game Fully removed and reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat Disabled all overlays (Steam, Xbox Game Bar, Discord, etc.) Disabled OneDrive sync Tried different USB ports and another controller I’m really stuck and can’t play online at all.
Frametime issue in FIFA with RTX 5070
A few months ago, I bought an RTX 5070, but I noticed that FIFA runs weird, even in the training ground. Using MSI Afterburner (a tool for monitoring temperatures, FPS, CPU/GPU usage, frametime, etc.), I saw that the frametime fluctuates a lot in any menu or game mode, something that doesn't happen in any other title. I tried different drivers, formatted the system, and tweaked every possible in-game setting, but nothing worked. I'm sharing this in case someone else with a 5000 series GPU can tell me if they're experiencing the same thing, or if it might be an issue with my specific card. I didn't have this problem with my previous GPU. A retweet would be appreciated to reach more people and find out if it's a general issue with these GPUs or just mine. Thanks! I also tried limiting the FPS using both the NVIDIA Control Panel and RivaTuner, but the problem persists. Even the FPS cap isn't accurate; for example, if I set it to 180, it fluctuates between 160 and 165; if I set it to 200, it goes down to 180 and 185. This only happens in this game. The frametime bug is still there, even when I cap the FPS or enable V-Sync. Playing at 60 FPS is not an option because although it seems to remove the frametime issue, the gameplay becomes horribly slow and unresponsive.Fps lag
hey I ve been using fc 25 for 2 months so far,never had any lag issues,I had stable fps always,I have a 144 hz monitor,RTX 2060,Ryzen 5 2600 with 16 gb of ram and a 900 W power supply which is enough(at least was). Since 3 days I experience unacceptable fps lag,first saw it in manager mode,then switched over to UT to see if thats the problem but it was the same,my game runs like it would be in slow motion and it s really laggy like unacceptably.My PC runs other games the same,just fc 25 is what changed like this.Can anyone help me with it? I dont really understand what causes it since I ve never had lag so far in this game.
