Bug on Training Arena in FC25
Hello EA Support, I’ve encountered a bug on the Training Arena in FC25. When I play from the stands’ camera angle, a random player model appears on the field and blocks the view, making it difficult to play. This issue happens repeatedly, regardless of the team or camera settings. I have a video showing the problem and can provide it if needed. Please look into this issue and fix it in a future update. Me and a few friends play a lot of pro clubs. We have never had issues in the past regarding input delay or lag when playing pro clubs league matches. However the last 3 weeks every time we try and play league matches we have had incredibly bad input lag with a red 3 lines icon at the top of the screen. We have tried troubleshooting our connection assuming it was a problem on our end. However after extensive connection trouble shooting (making sure NAT type is open, port forwarding, ensuring UPNP is enabled, and even resetting MAC addresses.) we are still having the same issues in every single game. Pro clubs drop in games still work with no input delay and or lag, but pro clubs league matches are still unplayable and have been for some time now. Speaking to others that are playing pro clubs it seems this is an issue that is only affecting our club. I confirmed this by making another club on a second account and we had no issues whatsoever. We don’t want to have to delete our club and play on separate accounts just to be able to play the game. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
FC 25 Crashing on boot screen
Hi, in the last couple of weeks i noticed the anti cheat when i am opening the game. Since that day my pc and game behaves very strange and unstable. To be more specific when i press the play on the eafc25 game from the ea app the first pop up screen is playing, when the game is trying to go full screen my screen sometimes is getting pixeled. If the game launch ok then i can use the game properly. If the game boot properly i cannot use any other task like pressing the windows kye, task manager or minimize the game. I am getting the pixeled screen and it only can be fixed if i reboot the pc. My pc specs are ryzen 7 5700g cpu/intel arc a750 8GB, 32 GB RAM AND 1000W PSU. I can run any other game and heavy program for video rendering and i have no issues. I did update bios, windows and all drivers. I did a clean format and re-install everything. All problems started since i firstly noticed the anti cheat on the pop up screen. I need help to solve this. Maybe is not the anti cheat but something else new from the latest ea updates. ps: my pc monitoring shows that Graphics , ram , cpu usage are not high at all so is not struggling to play the game
EA server Connection EROR AND BLACK SCREEN
on loading screen after successful connection it shows you need in game purchase, Belgium other countries laws etc on black screen written on below of the screen. if i dont connect and enter the game and try to connect then it shows ea server unavailable or connection issues, but i can play easily Battle field 6 online no problem, i even checked for ban history but none found. HELP need please. I have tried reinstalling the ea app, deleting catch , uptaing Ea anticheat etc everything but problem remained.
severe lag issue during online match - lost 4-6 after leading 4-0
I experienced a terrible lag issue during an online match in FC 25. I was leading 4-0 at the beginning o the match after I took a free kick, the game started lagging severely the lag got progressively worse My opponent scored 6 consecutive goals while I couldn't control my player properly Final score:4-6 (loss) This completely ruined my gaming experience. The lag made the game unplayable and cost me a match I was clearly winning. Please investigate and fix the server/connection issues. platform: PC Game mode: ultimate team/rival
