FC 25 on PS5 getting black screen won't play

Check if R2 on your controller toggles that, thanks.

A black square shows up when playing Ultimate and  the players can’t move while the square is there.

I am currently running a digital copy of the FIFA FC25 on PS5.  Every time I tried to pay a match.  After a few seconds, first the shadow of the touch pad will appear on the top part of the screen/pitch.  Then a keyboard will appear on the bottom of the screen shortly after.  Which makes the game absolutely unplayable.  Anyone else run into this issue?  If so, is there any solution?

I think I figured out what to do.  I went to the Acessibility Settings.  Then I turned off speech to text and text to speech.  The shadows went away right after.  Hope this helps.
