Is anyone else having any issues with ultimate team it kerps sayin theres a issue and kicks me out + anyone else noy recieved there 20,000 coins when gettong the season pass rewards i dont recieve them every time, it has me worried incase the issue transfers onto fc26??

There seems to be two issues here, so I'll try to help with both:
Are these the coins you get from the bundles? If so, those are Clubs coins. Check the store in your Clubs mode (not Ultimate Team), you should see them there.
As for the other issue, are you getting that message at a specific point? ie: when you go to a specific menu, at a certain point in game, in a specific game mode, etc.? How long have you had this issue, roughly?
