FC 25 PC stuttering & crashing

Hi guys,

I hope someone here can help me, because for the life of me I cannot get this game to run properly.

First things first my setup:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor

RAM: 32 GB

My problem:

Menus are mostly fine, but gameplay is stuttering like hell. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less, but never really smooth.
At times, I'll also suddenly just get a black screen and I can still hear the game, but nothing reacts anymore (in this instance, even a hard restart just leads to a black screen that only clears up after quite some time).
In two instances, my PC crashed and restarted on it's own during a match with the error message "CPU over temp".

What I've tried so far:

-Updated all my drivers

-Reinstalled my NVIDIA driver

-Played around with in-game settings (diasabled Reaction Time Modifier, turned down Quality to Medium, turned off multiple options etc. and this helped to some degree)

-Reinstalled anti-cheat

-Disabled any overlay

-Changed 3D-Settings in NVIDIA Control Panel

-Disabled most background apps

-probably a few things more that I can't remember since I tried so many things lol

-I also just ordered compressed air to clean out my PC, but I don't think that's the problem since my PC can run Cyberpunk on High Quality with no problems

Any ideas what else I could try? Thanks in advance!
