FC 25 POINT not found, even though payment has been made

On March 26, 2025. I made a purchase of 3 FC Points items and the purchase was via steam wallet, and my steam wallet history has successfully made the payment. when entering the FC 25 game, the amount I bought did not enter at all, until now.
For the purchase consists of:
1) Purchased: Mar 26 @ 11:11pm. EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - FC Points 500 - Rp 77,000,
2) Purchased: Mar 26 @ 11:12pm. EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - FC Points 100 - Rp 16,000,
3) Purchased: Mar 26 @ 11:13pm. EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - FC Points 100 - Rp 16,000

Please avoid mass tagging everyone as it is against the forum rules.
