FC 25 Settings file Issue - PC

Everytime the game loads to select the account/file to play on, I press it and it will say failed to load and let me retry but no matter how many times I press it or wait it won't load.

It's sad as I was playing the game perfectly fine with no problems before and now all of a sudden i get this issue which does not allow me to even get into the game. I have tried verifying files and reinstalling the game but nothing so far has worked.
