FC 25 Showcase connect problems

Hello, I wanted to download and play the FC 25 Showcase version via Steam. However, when I enter the game, I get an internet connection error. I have the full version of FC 23 but I have never experienced such a problem. When I enter the game, I get the error "unable to connect", what is the problem?

Why so many problems with the game ? Its very good game , bad too many problems
