Technical Issue with Player Evolution – FC 25

I am writing to report a technical issue I encountered in FC 25 related to the player evolution feature. After selecting a cosmetic item during a player evolution process, the upgrade was not applied to the player, and the evolution disappeared entirely.

This issue has affected my gameplay experience, especially considering the time and effort invested in evolving this specific player. I kindly request that you investigate the matter and either restore the evolution progress or provide a suitable resolution.

    Ms104204​  There are so many rewards and cosmetic evos out there. Which evolution are you referring to here? What were you expecting from that evolution and what actually happened? If you can provide more details, then someone from the community might be able to help you with this.

    I received the "Quick Step" PlayStyle+ after achieving 10 goals with a player whose shot power is 99. I applied this PlayStyle+ to my player Fermin , but it has completely disappeared from him.

    Ms104204​ This quick step+ evo has a max upgrade limit of 4 (highlighted in image below). Since your card already has 4 PS+, it has reached this limit. Hence, you didn't receive a quick step+ (i.e. 5th PS+).

    Thanks for the response and apologies for not looking at this sooner.  I get that but then the game should not allow the upgrade because it does so with other cards when you try to evolve it.   It allowed me to do it so that means it should have been applied.   I just had 2 others do the exact same thing today - the Trivela and the Quickstep.   Now I have 3 playstyles that have been "lost".   Does it say somewhere that the playstyle will not be applied and it will be removed from my rewards, as I may have missed this note?
