FC 25 Showcase not loading.

Hi, hoping someone can assist.

Downloaded the FC 25 showcase purely to see if worth parting with cash. but when running the game it loads up to a black screen saying 'load' then settings file. under this i'm assuming there would be a number of files to choose from once they have been saved but I am only offered the opportunity to 'Create a new settings file'. If I click this the screen flickers and blinks for a while and then returns to the same screen.

I am running Windows 11 and everything is well above the minimum specs required. No windows updates pending and Graphics card drivers are most up to date.

I have run a repair files through the EA app and also deleted the settings file in the hidden game directory forcing it to create a new on on launch, but am still unable to launch into the game.

You are my last port of call to try and resolve this before deleting and just moving on. So if anyone can shed some light on it for me i would be massively grateful.
