Hey there, are you still experiencing these issues? Have you tried restarting your router and your console? Could you also confirm your region and the name of your internet provider?

I cant play Ultimate Team since friday, September 12th. I have exactly the same issue in PS5. The loads take an eternity, every other game works fine and tried everything I could and nothing worked. Resetting the router, Deleting files, Clearing cache, Unistalling and Reinstalling, nothing works. The new solution I found is uninstalling this game and stop buying EA games.

EA_Pulsar, Nothing you mention works, every other game works fine online, even from EA page says my connection is ok, I got a 90 rating. The problem are your servers. The only solution is uninstalling the game and not waste any more time with you game.

Been getting the same thing since Friday 12Sep. Using PS5 with Cox Communication. Reset modem and router numerous times. Been reading other forums ppl having same issue but EA not responding.

This has been happening since Friday, September 12, 2025. This seems to only affect the US. I can verify this because I VPN to Europe and I have no problems except ping delay. Ever since Friday in the US the server constantly disconnects from ultimate team. There have been several posts about this and its completely ignored. It is not my connection, not my computer, not my router, not my issue. Again I VPN to Europe and the menus work flawless. If I connect directly without VPN it is constant disconnections.

I’ve been having issues with UT for the last couple of days. Keeps telling me that I can’t connect to ultimate you will now returned to the main menu. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled game. Change internet settings and nothing works.

Yes still ongoing issue. Restart router and modem multiple times. Cleared cache and rebuilt database on PS5. In US and Cox is ISP.
