FC 25 sold player and didn’t receive coins

Hi I sold my icon card David beckam at the weekend for around 620k and didn’t receive the coins from the transfer I have emailed EA and both times came back with irrelevant answers and now have been sent here, 

does anyone know how I can get to speak to somebody who can replace the coins on my account i didn’t receive as I spent a lot of money on packs to get that,
