FC 25 Squad Battles kick out

I can’t play squad battles and it keeps kicking me out. This has been the same for four days now and now update which is infuriating as I only need one more game to complete to collect a player, 

I’ve rebooted, re-powered down, uninstalled and re-installed the game and still this happens. 

pleas can someone advise how to rectify this or refund my money at least please EA!
