FC 25 standard edition wont work because of free trial

FC 25 preorder not working because I played the trial shift first! Now it comes up with a message saying trial is over buy the full game and I have. It's been stuck for hours ea still have no fix. I...

    It might be because the start date for stand edition is not active until sept 27.  You must have purchased ultimate version to be playing now if trial hours are over.

That's correct, you need to wait for the Standard Edition premiere this Friday (September 27, 2024) and you can find more information on EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Release Dates & Early Access - official site.

@EA_Pulsar My son started the free trial a couple days ago and only spent less than 1 hour and expected to play on his day off school before the game release on the 27th only to find out that it says "Content cannot be viewed" on a PS5. Trial shows a lock icon but for what reason? The EA 10 hour trial is still active? Frustrating and we have been a long time customer.
