Right after the Intro play your style your way , the game goes to connecting to EA Servers and CRASH!!!!!!!!! to the dashboard

Game crashes when packs are awarded.
Game crashes when looking through objectives.
Game crashes when trying to submit RTTK 3 SBC.
Had to abandon a game when the right trigger kept bringing up the chat page in-game.
I deeply regret spending money on this buggy, poorly-constructed software.
How do we fix this......game crashes.....cannot do anything in career mode.....now game will not load......it has been out four weeks and this....HELP
