FC 26 preorder bonuses on FC 25

Hi EA Team and Community,

I’m reaching out here because I’ve been dealing with an unresolved issue for over a week, and my frustration is through the roof. I pre-ordered FC 26 during the very first hour of release, yet I still haven’t received any of the promised pre-order rewards in FC 25—including the ICON Player Pick and Evolution.

What’s even worse is that I’ve contacted EA Support five times, and every single time they were completely unhelpful. All I got was the same response: “Please keep waiting.” No real solution, no escalation, nothing.

Honestly, this level of support is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? How did you manage to get it resolved?

When will I receive the pre order rewards?  Pre ordered a week ago.

This is the 3 day I have asked about this. So many people are not getting the rewards they PAYED for. For example I have FC26 ultimate edition on steam and have FC25 on ea play pc. Both accounts are linked. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t got the pack or EVO. Like how come EA thinks it’s okay to not give out what you payed for. Then they say oh it will be available eventually. Like just give it out immediately?

I still haven't received content. How/when should I receive?

I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Edition on July 17, 2025, and I should have received FC 25 rewards, including the 99 SHO Evolution and the Icon Pick Pack.

However, I have not received any of these rewards in my account. I’ve double-checked everything — the game was pre-ordered under my EA account, and I’ve logged in multiple times since, but nothing has appeared.

I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and help ensure the rewards are added to my account.

Hallo EA, I have bought the ultimate edition fc26 when should i get the rewards in fc25  , the icon pick and the evaluation , i need them befor the champions.
