Fc companion app

Whenever I try to log into the fc companion app it always forces me into 2fa. It sends a code to the email for me to put in but I never get the email. No matter how many times I try or how deep I look it's not there I never get it. So I can't log into the fc companion app and I was wondering if km the only one
