FC Crashing on PS5

i am on PS5 for fc 25 and I've been trying to load onto ultimate team and everytime the game crashes it's the only mode it does it for and I've tried all the solutions to fix and it still doesn't wor...

Yes I am, on ps I do see the error code which isC

CE-108225-1

Hello, it isn’t from playstation side I called them and they told me a lot of person are calling but only for Fifa, so they gave me a number to contact but the thing is EA isn’t answering to the phone telling us to look to the site to solve our issue but it’s just not working
