Hi, I am writing from Turkey. I bought 12000 FC points from EA mobile application. However, it was not deposited to my account after purchasing, but when I checked from the bank, the money was withdrawn. Later, I bought 500 more FC points to see if the FC points would be deposited to my account late. But it was deposited immediately. 12000 points still have not been deposited to my account. It happened on 05.02.2025. I am also sending you the photo of my account. You can see the payment you received, if you check it. Please help.
