FC Points not showing up
Dear EA Support,
I recently purchased FC Points on my account, but they have not shown up in the game.
To explain the situation: I play EA Sports FC 25 using a different account on my console (through console sharing/gamesharing), because the game was purchased on that account due to regional restrictions. However, I bought the FC Points using my own personal account.
Unfortunately, the points did not appear in the game, even though the purchase was successful. I can provide proof of purchase (receipt) if needed.
I kindly ask for your assistance with this issue. I am ready to provide all necessary information and purchase details to help resolve the problem.

Hey alenbeba91 I'm sorry, but it's not possible to transfer points between different accounts. Although game sharing allows you to play on another profile, the store is not shared between accounts. The PSN store is region-locked, so the account and console region must match. This isn't something we can change. For further questions about your purchase, please contact Sony directly.
