Same thing happened to me. Sent them several emails. These robbers didn't even bother to provide a solution. Told me to come to the comment section. Can you imagine? $150 gone just like that. 

Provided a lackluster product. Players can even play on proper ping. Laggy gameplay. You buy points and still they rob you and I say “rob” because it is clear they received that payment and cannot even bother to send you a refund or your points. Day light robbers.

Buddy, all those steps were followed. I am in an email thread with your team, sent them all screenshots and record of purchase. It’s been over a week and a half now. They still have not provided any solution. Your response is useless.
