FC pro 25 disconnecting/connecting to twitch

Hello,

Need help with getting my twitch account connected to my ps5 for fc 25.  I already got it connected to my YouTube account but the problem is I used to live with my buddy and my twitch account was connected to his account and email on xbox.  I am trying to get it connected to my email so I can get packs on my ps5.  how do I disconnect his account/email so I can connect it to my account?
