FC Season Seasonal Track Reward Issue

Hi EA team,
I’m playing FC 25 on PS5 and noticed an issue with the Season 7 Track Rewards — specifically the TOTS Bundle. When I tried to claim the coin reward and pressed advance, it automatically selected a TIFO or another consumable instead. I wasn’t given the proper option to choose.
This also happened with the 8th Round reward — I’ve got a screen recording of that incident if needed.
Please help me get those coin rewards back — they were a big deal for me as a new player, and it’s really tough starting out. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this.

shubham_0002 The coins you get from 8th level bundle rewards are club coins, as you can see in your video clips. This is for Pro Club mode and not Ultimate team mode. You need to log in into Club mode.

If you see the names and logos of coins, there is a difference between Club coins and UT coins.

Also, in bundled rewards, you don't have to choose anything specific. Bundled rewards mean you will get everything inside a bundle. Just need to log in into those specific modes, like UT, Club, Career mode etc.

Could you help me as well?
From the season rewards i got the tots 18 retro one which i had to redeem in item shop but i dont know how to apply this to my player? from evolution it still asks me to buy with coins or fifa points.

kakjunn12 Evos redeemed from season rewards are usually available under the rewards and cosmetic tab inside the evolutions section. You must be confused with paid evos. You need to scroll up and down to find the exact one. There are lots of paid retro evos.

Also, Please follow forum guidelines and start a new thread if your question is unrelated to the current discussion. Avoid mixing multiple topics in one thread.
