Re: Permanent ban

I was playing Draft and Rush today, and after completing a full Draft game and receiving my card rewards, I was repeatedly kicked out to the main menu — which was quite frustrating. I checked online to see if there was any maintenance, but there was none. So I took a break. After bathing, I received an email from EA stating that I was permanently banned. This ban reportedly applies to both past and future FIFA titles. I was not using any hacks or third-party apps during the game. I was in Division 2, struggling to reach Division 1, and even in FUT Champs, I never made it to Rank 4 — yet EA claimed I was cheating. This feels like an unfair judgment, especially for a casual player like me who only plays during work off days for peace of mind. Instead, today ended up causing more stress and frustration after being wrongly accused. I’ve written to EA Lead and hope for a reply. I truly hope this kind of unfair judgment and treatment doesn’t happen to others, and that EA reviews its banning policy — so that players who don’t cheat can continue enjoying the game in peace.
