I think EA have to check this issue.
I can access the server with FC24 and there are no problems. Only FC25 Showcase have a connecting problem.
Even though I'm thinking about buying FC25, I'm hesitating in case I get this problem.

i had the same problem for days.tried anything i could find here and all over the internet nothing worked untill i decided for some reason to launch the game through amd adrenalin control panel.and guess what?the annoying messages "your account is restricted and cant connect to the ea servers" just magically disappeared and i was able to play the damned game.i hope this helps others too.
