Why does my FC 25 SHOWCASE that my EA Account is restricted and cannot use any online features? I didn't do anything, and all of a sudden, that's it

still not working
so i downloaded showcase made, but when I opened the game it showed an error- "This account has been restricted from accessing any online features" it has been a week i think and it still shows this error, people have reported this before aswell, still not fixed

Uninstall the game from steam and redownload it through the EA app. That helped me and hope it helps y’all!

how do you install it via EA App? I can't find the button to install/download it there since I bought it via Steam.
Tried downloading it through EA app, still no fix in the problem. Any suggestions?
