FC25 - unable to play in the cloud

Hi,
For the past few days since the last patch, it has been impossible to play the game FC25 in the cloud. Unfortunately, this was my only option to play the game. On a Mac, there’s no other way to play it, sadly.

When is a fix planned for this issue?

The cloud gaming provider informed me that only the game developers can resolve this problem.

Is there a planned fix in the near future that will allow playing via cloud gaming?
