FC25 all players in goal post

I have tried playing 6 FC25 seasons matches and all my matches I lost because all my players would go to my goal post with the keeper and I would not be able to use any of them. I try request a mutual quit but my opponents don’t agree, ultimately, I get scored and lose the game by ridiculous margins hoping that ea will detect the problem and disconnect the game.
