Fc25 brightness goes up and down during a match

Do you have any other profiles on your console to log in and check if you experience similar issues?

Also, turn off HDCP: 

At the PlayStation 5 main menu, navigate to Settings -> System -> HDMI section of the PlayStation 5 interface, and turn off Enable HDCP.
