Fc25 career mode Bugs

Hey! 
ever since I got fc25 when I do press conferences before and after match day they will freeze and there is no other way to fix it then restart ing the game and replay the game you just did. It gets so annoying that I just skip it and because of this I’m close to getting the sack!!! 
How do I fix this???
