@watmore Unfortunately, there is no cross-progression in FC 25, so you cannot move your progress to different platforms.
Try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
If that doesn't resolve the issue, lower the game's settings and change the resolution, then gradually test the settings to see if that makes any difference.
