My Fc25 is crashing upon launch. Every time I boot up the game and start connecting to ea servers it freezers and crashes the game. I’m then presented with error code ce-108255-1. I contacted Sony and applied all
the the troubleshooting still without joy.

If it's crashing on startup with an error like that it could be a sign that there's something wrong with your console. PlayStation have a list of steps on their website in case you've missed one or two of them, and we also have an article with a few more troubleshooting steps that we can recommend.
I’ve contacted Sony support and they’re dealing with it. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps including resetting, reinstalling etc. all
other games work fine even FC24 is working just this one
Community ManagerI am having the exact same issue and it seems like a common problem for others. It's not an issue with my console, the issues have begun after the most recent update.
idk it might be the game I'm seeing alot of people having similar issues on other threads/forums. I'm having a similar issue with a brand new ps5. Only FC 25 causes the crash.
