other games work fine even FC24 is working just this one

Beyond this troubleshooting there's not much more I can recommend. Hopefully they'll have a fix, it's good to know they're still looking into it for you.

I am having the exact same issue and it seems like a common problem for others. It's not an issue with my console, the issues have begun after the most recent update.
