FC25 freeze in Ultimate Team (Nintendo Switch)

In the Item Pick screen in Ultimate team, the controls went non-responsive. I neither can chose anything, open packages or leave to the main menu. The only thing that works is the home button, which ...

I’m not sure what the resolution is but my son’s one has come back online and he can play it again now. I didn’t get any support from anyone at EA.
