FC25 freeze in Ultimate Team (Nintendo Switch)

In the Item Pick screen in Ultimate team, the controls went non-responsive. I neither can chose anything, open packages or leave to the main menu. The only thing that works is the home button, which opens the Switch home screen. There I restarted the game, disconnected my web, and tried again, several times.

Everything else in FC25 works just fine, but when I open Ultimate Team I end up on the Item pick screen again with frozen controls.

The help suggestions (restart, disconnect) I so far found either don't work or are not possible to do on a Switch device.

    I used the EA app on my phone. (installed from the app store) and solved the problem. 

    I went in this app into the ultimate team settings and than went to the "pick items". I was able to open the items from the app. Than I want back to the switch console. Everything was fine now.

    I've tried multiple times but I can't find the ultimate team setting on the EA sports app I've uninstalled fc25 and reinstalled multiple times it just freezes
