my gameplay feels slow and heavy regardless of settings

Question

hipretty much every match i play the game feels slow and heavy/delayed slightly. if i watch a streamer to view their game, their game looks super quick compared to mine loli play on PC with 7800x3d and 7800xt without v-sync and just under 200fps capped. i have tried pretty much everything i could look up: uncapped at 300fps (too unpleasant to look at, and doesnt improve anyway), vsync already off so tried it on... low, med and high settings, even auto - not one makes a difference.now once or twice a game will feel better but 95% of the time it feels slow and my players are always caught up by the opponent. the update for me feels non-existent because of this... now youd think it would leave my connection but ive checked my speeds/jitter and stuff, even used the EA connection quality test which ill upload onto this post tells me its 98/100!if anyone can share what helped for them, id appreciate it... i definitely wont install shady stuff that claim to reduce input lag etc ahahthank you so much!

They have no solutions. They will blame your connection regardless of what your tests show.&nbsp;

sorry for the late reply people. I didnt expect a reply after it being months after I posted.

I just wanted to log in and update you two that I couldn't find any solution and its still the same game I stated months ago. I thought I had found some settings that helped me with the game to be quick, but after playing the next day the game felt back to its original state. I just will assume its probably all down to EA's fault.

I am aware they always will blame us and the connection - nevertheless their own test results provided via ea's quality connection test showed that my connection on my last 7 games were 98% and therefore "great" however, the game felt like crap with the unresponsive feel to each game... I geninuely hate this "engine" they implemented since FIFA 23. I much preferred the "old gen" - which is what i think this all comes down to. old gen was much more responsive (from what I can remember) even though it was arcade like and quick... at least it felt like you were more in control. since FIFA 23 its always felt like EA have had more control than the actual person playing the game haha.

If I jump on battlefield 2042 - the difference of responsiveness is night and day if you try to compare to FC 25. it also lets me use my 180hz properly too... I wish FC 25 did (editing the file within appdata doesn't help me, and makes me feel like the game is slower actually)

All in all - I truely believe it is just how FC 25 is created and the blame is whatever they have changed since the release of FIFA 23 (new gen for PC started on 23).

It's the same for most people. Every stream you open, you will see people complaining about the lag/delay. EA just ignore it and the staff in here are clueless. I doubt any of them actually play the game.
