FC25 Gameplay Problems – Performance & Win Count Issue

Dear EA Support,

I’m experiencing a few serious issues with FC25 that are affecting my gameplay:

1. Gameplay Feels Heavier Than Usual: Recently, I’ve noticed that the game feels much heavier than before. My players don’t respond as smoothly, and their positioning is often poor, especially during crucial matches like the final game before promotion in Division Rivals or FUT Champions.
2. Win Count Stuck at 8 in FUT: Regardless of how many games I win, my total win count in FUT never goes beyond 8. I’m consistently losing in strange ways, and the progress doesn’t reflect my actual performance.

Please help me fix these issues as soon as possible. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a solution.
