Fc25 INPUT LAG

Question

I find myself after two months of pure fun reiterating the topic of input lag on PC. I have a nice configuration, with 3070 TI, 64 GB RAM and i7 12700K, but despite having 200fps, I find the gameplay very slow, as if in my controller there is 1ms of delay when it is not, I use a 144hz 1ms monitor, so I'm really tired of having to poison myself for each pass because 1ms is lost to do it, or wrong shots because the delay of the shot causes the ball to be deflected by the defender, or missed defenses because with too much delay the defender goes to the other side of the ball, help us please

if you're having this issue since november's update #5, then this is an issue that EA has introduced with it's new anti-cheat update that just makes the game so stuttery and laggy that it becomes unplayable, we're all facing the same issue and it's been 3 months and they refuse to fix this issue, just move on to another game that respects it's consumers don't spend your time and money here

It's so annoying to play at this point. Hope the new refresh update fix this because is impossible to play, the game feels so heavy that I can't dribble with R1 anymore and not to mention that when I'm defending is so hard because my players are slow asf. For me this started like 2 weeks ago.
