Fc25 not launching Xbox series s

Question

I have tried every known solution from installing updates, uninstalling local saved data, unplugging, restarting, even took my machine for clean with the hoover to remove any dust particles. Nothing gets me past the black and grey loading screen with green writing saying ea sports fc25 it will not load. Ido t feel I should have to report this here as it’s taken a lot of my time already I’ll be submitting a refund request if this isn’t sorted out as everything else on my Xbox works perfectly but ea fc25 has completely crashed and no longer works. If anyone has a solution I’d very much appreciate it otherwise I suggest a mass refund request from everyone to ea sports along with compensation due to the amount of time taken to try and resolve this issue as I’m sure like myself most people have spent 3-4 hours attempting every solution known to man.&nbsp;

I managed to sort out a work around not sure exactly how but I launched another ea game example formula one 23 let it get to the main screen loaded up a pre race screen then pressed the home button and launched ea fc25 and it just loaded straight away no waiting no slow loading it just went straight in. No idea if it’s going to launch again after this gaming session but I will update if I get any further issues. Good luck all 🤞👍

If this doesn’t work I found another way to launch the game to to the game but press the menu button rather than pressing A the select see in Microsoft store and launch the game from there and it should load&nbsp;
