Community ManagerThere are parts of the console that are hard to access, if you have used a can of compressed air to blast the dust out of the heatsinks and still crash, you may need to have the console 'professionally' cleaned.

6 months goes by, over a dozen similar issues being reported but still no acknowledgement from EA there is an issue with the PS5 edition of FC25. I have cleaned the console thoroughly including the heat sync as have others on this forum. Just feels like this is a convenient excuse to cover up a known issue with the game
