FC25 PC 4th Controller can't be used. Doesn't show in side selection

Hi

I play FC25 on PC and cannot connect a 4th Controller to the game for couch coop. In side select, there is always one slot for mouse and keyboard and only 3 for controllers. how can i add a 4th controller? (I have bought and launch over EA app)
