fc25 ultimate team packs dissapear

Today jan/07/2025 

i was saving packs from div rivals ( 1 div ) and UT champions 10 wins + sbc 85x2 and didnt open them . 

at 19:00 started playing Coop with friend , and after end playing at 20:00 i saw all my packs was miasing ( dissapear)  , i never opened them , and fill very fruatrating ,
