fc25 ultimate team packs dissapear

Question

Today jan/07/2025&nbsp;i was saving packs from div rivals ( 1 div ) and UT champions 10 wins + sbc 85x2 and didnt open them .&nbsp;at 19:00 started playing Coop with friend , and after end playing at 20:00 i saw all my packs was miasing ( dissapear)&nbsp; , i never opened them , and fill very fruatrating ,&nbsp;uaername carpro5477&nbsp;email : [edit: email address removed]&nbsp;please fix this bug&nbsp;
