I’m experiencing the exact same issue and have tried everything. ChatGPT gave me a lot of possible solutions, but unfortunately, none of them worked. I can access my Ultimate Team and do everything, but as soon as I try to start a match — whether it's Rivals, Squad Battles, or even training mode — the game just crashes and closes. This is extremely frustrating. Please help, EA!
